. Happy New Year - Chapter Update Jan 2012 We're working on what we hope to be a wonderful 2012! Please note, there will NOT be a chapter meeting in January. Beginning February 16th, monthly chapter meetings will be held the 3rd Thursday of the month from approximately 11:30am-1:00pm and we're working on getting some great speakers lined up that we think you'll enjoy. In addition to our monthly meetings, members will have the opportunity to participate in a few additional networking opportunities both in person and via social media. Any and all interested parties are encouraged to step forward. Summer 2011 Updates If you missed today's Chapter meeting and would like a copy of Attorney Gerak's presentation, please let us know. We are pleased to announce that our Chapter has been awarded the 2010 Bronze EXCEL Award by SHRM. This award recognizes outstanding achievements in Chapter operations and a commitment to providing meaningful programs and services to our members. It also is recognition of our continued growth and development as a business leader, capable of developing strategies that lead to business success! Also, our June Chapter meeting has been announced. It will be Thursday, June 17th. The topic will be FMLA and ADAAA, presented by Attorney John Gerak from Ogletree Deakins. More details to follow shortly on our "Events" page. Our May Chapter meeting has been announced. We're happy to welcome back Tim Dimoff, President & CEO of SACS Consulting. You've seen Tim on CNN, Court TV and MSNBC.
